RETURN POLICY

Returns are easy at Surete, simply return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.

SURETE.CO ORDERS

You can return your orders placed on the Surete website (www.surete.co) by shipping the product directly back to Surete. The following should be followed to ensure a timely and complete refund of your return:

  • Online purchases returned within 30 days by mail will receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes and will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
  • Items must be returned, in new, or like-new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@surete.co to be provided with a prepaid return label and shipping instructions. Once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
  • Surete reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Please follow these simple instructions (It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return).

  • Send the item in its original packaging.
  • Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
  • Include your original packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip. 
  • Please use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Please take care in returning your items. Any item received outside of our return policy will be returned without credit.

THIRD PARTY ORDERS

Orders purchased through other organizations and not purchased through the Surete website (www.surete.co) are subject to the Return and Cancellation Policies of said organization. WARRANTIES

All Surete products that are sold on our website (www.surete.co) come with a manufacturer's warranty of six (6) months. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact support@surete.co.
